Instruments Group Ltd is pleased to announce the formation
of a joint venture between MTL Systems BV and EKB Industriele
Automatisering BV. The joint venture will be known as
E&M Systems BV and is formed by combining the existing
cabinet assembly operation of MTL Systems BV with project
management and administrative functions from EKB. Both
companies have worked in close co-in the past and this
new development moves that co-operation to a deeper and
more formal basis. E&M
Systems BV will operate alongside MTL Instruments BV,
which will continue as MTL's sales organisation in the
Netherlands and all existing MTL staff will be retained,
with Dil Wetherill as the General Manager. EKB will
provide administrative, project management and IT support
to E&M Systems BV from its base in Beverwijk, under
the directorship of Dirk Huisman.
MTL Systems BV has established an enviable reputation
for the quality of cabinets produced and the new venture
will continue to focus on the Process Industry enclosures
markets, especially those with hazardous area requirements.
The co-operation between MTL and EKB will provide the
foundations for E&M Systems BV to develop and grow,
and to better serve the needs of European customers,
forging ever closer relationships and delivering cabinets
of the highest quality, designed and built in ever reducing
lead-times. |
