Measurement Technology Limited, UK legal entity change - Effective 1st September 2016

With effect from Thursday 1st September 2016, the entire undertaking of Measurement Technology Limited referred to as “Transferred Undertaking” (Reg No 1012778, VAT No GB 449343040) will transfer to Eaton Electric Limited (Reg. No. 04617032 and VAT No. GB 806555720).

The action is part of a larger Legal Entity Simplification project of Eaton in the UK and we trust that this upcoming entity simplification initiative will help optimize our operations.

Eaton Electric Limited is an existing company incorporated in the UK with its registered office at PO Box 554, Abbey Park, Southampton Road, Titchfield, PO14 9ED, United Kingdom, and will retain responsibility for all agreements between your company and the Transferred Undertaking. The Transfer of Undertaking will not affect either parties’ rights, duties or obligations under these agreements.

All communications after 1 September 2016 must reflect the new entity name of Eaton Electric Limited. Our telephone, fax, e mail and website details will remain unchanged.
