or the “Company”) announces that it was notified
on 1 August 2005 that on 29 July 2005 Standard Life Group
acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in MTL and now has an interest
in 952,173 shares, representing approximately 5.0% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
The shares are registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
